No. While we accept test requests from doctors, many of our services are available without a referral. You can walk in or book an appointment directly with us.

You can book online through our website, call our office, or walk in during our working hours. We also offer home sample collection for select tests.

Yes. We provide home sample collection for patients who are unable to visit the lab. Kindly call us or use the booking form on our website to schedule a visit.

Turnaround times vary depending on the type of test. Some results are available the same day, while others may take 24–72 hours. You’ll be notified once your results are ready.

Test results can be accessed through email, picked up in person, or securely downloaded from our website if available.

Absolutely. Rayben Diagnostics uses state-of-the-art equipment and follows strict quality control protocols to ensure accurate and reliable test results.

Our standard operating hours are Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays unless stated otherwise.

Yes, we accept select health insurance providers. Please contact us to confirm if your insurance is supported.

Preparation depends on the type of test. For example, fasting may be required for certain blood tests. Instructions will be provided at the time of booking or can be found on our website.
